They have such a great eye for design and are committed to a high quality product. I found communication and collaboration with Ryan Parker to be excellent. We spoke a few times a week (if not daily) & walked through the project on site together at least weekly. Renovation is stressful but Ryan is a great problem solver and facilitator to keep the project moving. His core crew is great and we had a good experience with all of the sub contractors.
Throughout our project there was always a commitment to creating a unique, high-end home. Parker doesn’t do cookie cutter. Our end product is a beautiful, modern mid-century home that is better than we could have imagined. The additions seem like they were always part of the home and the flow of the interior is cohesive- both very hard to accomplish in renovation. I have already recommended Parker to a good friend and wouldn’t hesitate to give an outstanding recommendation.

Parker Inc (Ryan and Stephanie and their crew) are great to work with. We used them to help re-do a new house that we didn’t realize wouldn’t be an easy slam dunk remodel. Discovered several issues (from previous builder) that needed addressing and re-working to fit our goals- they were extremely helpful in working thru this. They also worked well to accommodate all my ideas but let me know when some idea wasn’t sound. In the end solid, beautiful work. I have very high standards for professionalism and quality of work and all of those were met by Ryan and Stephanie as well as their subs. We are on Phase 2 of the project!

We hired Parker LLC to add master bath addition and reconstruct a new larger garage. Project finished within reasonable time frame considering the harshest winter on record. I appreciate the very open dialogue I had with Ryan and crew during the construction period. Ryan has always been easy to contact and was consistently available to meet on site to discuss issues common to construction projects. Care was always taken to protect the property as we were living on site during the project. The quality of workmanship was very good and we greatly enjoy the final product and living in our new spaces.
